As the first-of-its-kind organization, we focus on cultivating a professional mindset among young talents, enhancing their confidence, and sharpening their focus. Through a dynamic environment that promotes cultural diversity and global networking, we ensure that participants are recognized and treated as professionals, not just students, paving the way for their future success.

Pooja Mani is a passionate believer in the power of art, culture, and youth empowerment. Having traveled to over 56+ countries, she has witnessed worldwide how artistic expression transcends borders, uniting people through creativity. But along her journey, she also realized a gap—while India is home to a rich artistic heritage, young talents often lack the global exposure and recognition they deserve. This inspired her to establish The Art & Aesthetic Foundation (TAAF), a platform dedicated to nurturing emerging artists, young performers, and athletes, giving them opportunities to showcase their talents on an international stage.
